The PCR eight-tube centrifuge uses the powerful centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the centrifuge rotor to improve the sedimentation speed of the particles in the liquid and separate the substances with different sedimentation ratios and buoyancy in the sample. In our biological experiments, we often use PCR eight ts. So what details should PCR eight plet pay attention to during use?
1. Do not use it without training and evaluation
2. Select the appropriate rotor and rotational speed. Please don't use it.
3. Select the appropriate organic solvent above the temperature (generally 4℃) to prevent freezing the eight tubes and rotor.
4. Use the rotor, wipe the tube with the hole rod, and carefully check the absence of cracks or white spots at the bottom of the hole. If so, look back and throw it away.
5. The amount of solution in the eight-connected tubes must be appropriate. Stainless steel pipe without a lid, only 2 / 3. Plastic tubes can be pointed at the shoulders. The lid must be closed to prevent leakage. The use of organic solvents in plastic pipes must comply with the regulations.
6. Centrifuge should be placed in pairs and well balanced with deviation <0.1g.
7. You can't rotate without rotating. To handle as well as the rotor, you need us to use the handle to prevent the rotor from sliding. Turn the lamp and stabilize it. When turning the handle, hold the handle with your hand and turn the head. The rotating head cover must be tightly covered. The lid should not be centrifuged.
8. We do not open the lid during centrifugal processing. A centrifuge is not supported.
9. After the rotor is used, the rotor should be removed in time, dried in the rotor cavity, and carefully clean the holes in the pipe with a cleaning rod. If the solution overflows, it should be washed clean, wipe the condensate from the rotor cavity, and open the door to dry the rotor cavity.
10. After using the centrifuge, the equipment together with the eight joint pipes must be properly kept and registered.
