　In the process of adjusting the pipette, the knob should not be turned too fast, nor exceed its maximum or minimum range, otherwise, it is easy to lead to inaccurate quantity, and easy to jam the internal mechanical device, and damage the pipette.

　In the process of assembling the suction head, the pipetter will hit it repeatedly, but it will not be tightened. For a long time, it will lead to the parts in the pipette being loose, and seriously, the knob of the adjustment scale will get stuck.

For the pipette disinfection at high temperatures, we should first check whether the pipette used is suitable for high-temperature disinfection after treatment.

When there is liquid in the pipette suction head, do not place or reverse the pipette horizontally to avoid the liquid backflow and corroding the piston spring.
