Operating steps of high-speed freezing centrifuge

High-speed freezing centrifuge is a kind of freezing centrifuge. Although it belongs to freezing centrifuge like low-speed freezing centrifuge, there are differences between the two kinds of centrifuge. So let's understand the operation steps and precautions of high-speed freezing centrifuge so as to distinguish it from low-speed freezing centrifuge.

The operation steps of high-speed freezing centrifuge are as follows:

(1) Precool the rotating head of the centrifuge.

(2) Turn on the air compressor switch and the switch under the control panel of the high-speed freezing centrifuge, and then turn on the power.

(3) Press the control switch at the lower right of the centrifuge, and be careful not to use too much force, then the chamber door will open automatically.

(4) Place the precooled rotating head on the rotating shaft in the machine cavity, which should match the concave and convex grooves.

(5) Adjust the rotary head selection knob, rotation speed selection knob, temperature selection knob, acceleration button and deceleration button on the control panel in turn. Generally, the preset temperature of the centrifuge is 40 ℃.

(6) Put the centrifuge tube into the rotating head cavity, and then tighten the cover.

(7) Close the chamber door of the centrifuge, and then press the chamber door cover.

(8) After the temperature reaches the preset temperature, press the start button on the control panel to start the centrifuge.

(9) When the centrifuge reaches the set centrifugal time, it will automatically stop working. After the centrifuge stops rotating completely, press the control switch, open the chamber door, unscrew the cover and take out the centrifuge tube.

(10)After the work is completed, turn off the power switch and air pressure switch, take out the rotating head and clean it. After the cavity of the centrifuge is completely defrosted, dry and clean the water.
