1. Enzyme label plate
The enzyme-labeled plate is a kind of plate used for enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay on the enzyme-labeled instrument. The commonly used plate is 96 holes, which is mainly designed to match the enzyme-labeled instrument. There are also 48 holes, which are not commonly used. In the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, antigens, antibodies and other biological molecules are adsorbed to the surface of the enzyme-labeled plate through a variety of mechanisms, and then react with the enzyme-labeled antigens or antibodies in different steps on the tested samples, and then detect with the enzyme-labeled instrument.
2. Culture plate
The culture plate is used to culture cells or bacteria, which is divided into 6 holes, 12 holes, 24 holes, 48 holes and 96 holes. It is similar to the transparent enzyme marker plate, but its use is quite different. Add an appropriate amount of culture solution into the hole of the culture plate, and then conduct cell culture in a suitable environment. The general culture plate is flat bottom, suitable for suspension culture of cells and tissues, and there are U-shaped bottom and V-shaped bottom. After surface modification, it can have cell adhesion culture and growth performance.
3. PCR board
The PCR plate is used in the PCR instrument. It is the same as the enzyme marker plate used in the enzyme marker instrument. It is used as a solid carrier to allow the sample to undergo pcr reaction in it, and then use the PCR instrument for detection. In fact, the PCR plate is a combination of many PCR tubes, generally 96 holes.
4. Deep hole plate
Such as enzyme label plate and PCR plate can become microporous plate, because the volume of each hole is very small, there is also a kind of plate in the laboratory. The hole is relatively deep, and the bottom is generally U-bottom, which is made of polymer materials, with good chemical compatibility, and can be used for the storage of most polar organic solutions, acid and alkaline solutions and other laboratory liquids.
5. Serum plate
It is made of transparent high molecular polystyrene material, and its surface is specially treated, which is mainly used for serum dilution, protein and antigen-antibody concentration determination.
