1: Wash hands frequently and maintain good respiratory hygiene habits
Wash hands with soap or hand sanitizer and running water, and wipe hands with a disposable tissue or clean towel. Wash your hands immediately after touching respiratory secretions (e. g., after sneezing). Maintain good respiratory tract hygiene habits. When coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or towel. Wash your hands after coughing or sneezing, and avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth with your hands.
2: Enhance physical fitness, immunity, and keep the environment clean and ventilated.
Enhance physical fitness and immunity, eat a balanced diet, appropriate exercise, regular work and rest, to avoid excessive fatigue. Open the window for ventilation no less than 3 times a day, 20-30 minutes each time. When the outdoor air quality is poor, the frequency and time of ventilation should be reduced appropriately reduced.
3. Reduce the activities in crowded places and pay attention to the symptoms.
Minimize activities in crowded places and avoid contact with patients with respiratory tract infections. If you have symptoms of respiratory tract infection, such as cough, runny nose and fever, you should be isolated at home for rest, and seek medical treatment as soon as possible if the fever continues or the symptoms worsen.
